My Approach
My practice is grounded in openness and honesty. Any life experience brought into our session will be met with a genuine goal to support you through the various challenges life has to offer. I specialize in anxiety, relationships with yourself and others, and the overwhelming stress that accompanies the changes that occur in our lives. Through the therapy process, I help individuals feel empowered in the lives they live, build strong and healthy relationships, feel supported in the healing and change process, and live their authentic self.

Phone Consultation (Free)
Still feeling unsure? In a free consult call, we will spend 15 minutes discussing your concerns, giving you time to ask any questions you may have before coming in for an appointment.
Individual Counselling Session ($140 | 50 minutes)
An individual session is 50 minutes and varies among individuals. Sessions can involve the discussion of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that have been causing concern for you and/or could involve a focus on coaching to help you reach future goals.
